Conditions of Hire
IMPORTANT
– Please read our Terms & Conditions of hire
By agreeing to hire Rainbow Fun Quad
Bikes, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions
1. Rainbow Fun Quad Bikes
will not be held responsible for circumstances outside our control,
including:
a) Adverse weather conditions
ie. floods
b) Unforeseen traffic incidents ie. accidents
c) Party participates illness
In these events, Rainbow Fun will
receive the full payment as agreed with the customer.
2. In all circumstances the
deposit of £35.00 is non-refundable.
3. If the customer decides to
cancel their booking before 28 days of the date of the event, full
refund may be made.
4. If the customer decides to
cancel their booking within 28 days of the date of the event, no
refund of the £35.00
deposit will be made.
5. It is entirely the
customers responsibility to ensure the correct conditions, required
by Rainbow Fun Quad Bikes
to operate, are available. If upon arrival Rainbow Fun Quad Bikes
find the conditions unreasonable to operate upon,
Rainbow Fun Quad Bikes reserves the right to refuse to operate. The
customer will still be liable for the full payment
as agreed with Rainbow Fun Quad Bikes.
6. It is entirely the
customers responsibility to gain any permission needed to operate on
any land, garden or premises.
7. The customer understands
that by booking Rainbow Fun Quad Bikes, they hereby take full
responsibility for the
participants and spectators taking part in this event.
8. Rainbow Fun Quad Bikes
operators accept no responsibility in training participants to ride
quad bikes, they will
however offer hints and tips.
9. Final balanced of monies
owed (cheque cleared) is due no less than 14 days before the date of
the party.
