FAQ's... 

1. How do I book?  The methods are by telephone/mobile phone, the contact numbers are on the contact us page.  

2. How much notice do I need to give for a booking?  You can book anytime however bookings get very busy so please book as early as possible to avoid disappointment. Alternatively you can contact us on the day as we may have availability.

3. When are your bouncy castles available?  Inflatables are available 7 days a week, including Bank Holidays, all year round.

4. Do you do Indoor hires?  Yes, we have inflatables which are suitable for indoor hires, especially over the winter months.  However, the indoor venue will need to have a minimum ceiling height of 9.5 ft or above and have a 240 volts mains power supply.  How long do I get the equipment for an indoor hire?  We will deliver and set up the inflatable between 8am and 5pm, we will then come and take the inflatable away at an agreed time on booking in. 

5. Outdoor hires - How long do I get the equipment for?  We will deliver and set up the inflatable between 8am and 12 noon, we will then come and take the inflatable away from 5pm. You can also have the inflatable picked up earlier than 5pm, please state time when booking in.

6. Do you hire overnight?  Our Adult inflatables are available for overnight hires.(These can be found on the Large Inflatables Page). 

7. How much does it cost?  Please see the inflatable pages for all prices, prices may vary depending on your intended use i.e. home/business or location. 

8. What do the prices include?  All inflatable booking prices include set up, inflation and collection.  You will also receive a blower, extension cable, circuit breaker and safety crash mat.

9. Do I have to pay a deposit?  Depends on which inflatable is being booked, contact us for details. 

10. How do I pay?  Cash On Delivery.
We do not accept credit card payments. 
Cheques will not be accepted on the day, cheque payments need to be received in sufficient time for funds to clear before the booking date.

11. What if I need to cancel?  You can cancel at anytime, all we ask is that you give us as much notice as possible. If no notice is given you may incur a cancellation fee.

12. What if it rains?  Most of our inflatables have built in shower covers. Unfortunately, if the rain is heavy and persistent the inflatables cannot be operated in wet conditions due to safety reasons.  However, there will be no cost to yourselves in the event of cancellation due to adverse weather. 
Nb. Inflatables will always be automatically cancelled in such adverse weather conditions.

13. What if it is windy?  If it is windy, unfortunately the inflatables cannot be operated in windy conditions due to safety reasons.  However, there will be no cost to yourselves in the event of cancellation due to adverse weather.

14. Can the inflatable be set up on a slope?  If it is a very slight slope it may be ok, you will need to discuss this prior to the booking.

15. How long does it take to set up/inflate/deflate/pack up the inflatable?  The inflatables take approx 15 minutes to set up and 20 minutes to pack up. However this is only an estimate, times may vary depending on which size you hire.

16. How much space is needed?  You will need to allow a minimum of 3 feet at the front and rear of castle and 2 feet either side this is to allow access and the blower at rear. Please make sure all garden items such as garden toys, swings, slides, patio furniture, rubbish, pet debris, etc. are removed from the area where the inflatable is to be sited. Please make sure there is free and easy access for the delivery driver to to set up the inflatable, ie, pathway not obstructed by bins, etc. and wide enough to fit a trolley through.

17. When I hire the inflatable is there anything I need to provide?   We supply all the hardware you will need for the inflatable, you will need to provide a 240 volts mains power supply. You will also need to provide 2 forms of I.D. i.e. Drivers Licence, Passport, Utility Bill etc. this forms part of the hire agreement.

18. Do you supply safety instructions?  Yes, we provide safety instructions with every hire. We also have a terms and conditions of hire form which needs to be read and signed by the hirer on delivery.

19. Is there an age limit for children using the inflatable?  Yes, most of our childrens inflatables have an age limit of 12. Our adult inflatables are suitable for older children or adults. Our infant inflatables/units are suitable for up to age 5.
