Table Cluster Sets
One of the most attractive ways to have helium-filled balloons at your function.  Table cluster sets come in either pearlised latex (shiny finish) or star shaped foil balloons.  Each table cluster set have curling ribbons with a foil weight attached.  Set gracefully at varied heights, to create an immediate impact when entering any room.
